Role Objective

Supervises, coaches and provides guidance to Sales Operations team members and work flow. Trusted advisor to the sales organization, provides best in class operations for sales team and accounts. Enhances and maintains processes across team. Partners with Business Leaders, Sales Directors/Managers, Manufacturer Representatives, and internal teams. Collaborates, builds, maintains, and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, account representatives and customer contacts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Leads day-to-day execution of team's objectives within Sales Operations

Collaborates with Sales Operations Leadership to ensure proper sales operations team alignment

Supports and works in conjunction with Business Team leadership

Leads team development, including hiring, training, and ongoing capability building

Develops, pilots, and executes GOJO and account specific processes and programs

Collaborates with others to identify and improve on information management (communication and knowledge sharing)

Meets with accounts regarding administrative, operational, marketing, and promotional planning

Partners with cross-functional teams (MID, Category Management, Etc.) to develop and execute business/sales plans

Provides account(s) with information required for introducing product(s) into their system

Lead seamless logistics for account or GOJO sponsored events (meetings, shows, etc.)

Identifies reporting needs and generates sales reports (trace, rebates, or direct purchases) as required or requested by account, account owner, sales management, or leadership

Analyzes data and provides reporting as needed or requested by trade vice president and/or account owner and account

Monitor and track Variable Selling Expenses (VSE) budgets and spends for accounts

Validate and processes invoices and credit requests pertaining to accounts as outlined on trade development plans

Collaborates with Sales, Distributor Partner Customers, Pricing Administration, Rebates, Trace Processing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure Sales Operations needs are met

Supports business processes across OP2 (contracts & pricing), CRM, legal agreements, marketing promotions, inventory build requests (IBRs), Program Change Requests, and others as determined

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

Minimum of three (3) years' experience working with accounts in a sales operation and/or service role with demonstrated competency in sales administration, analysis, and support

Supervisory experience in team-based environments required

CRM and SAP experience a plus

Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications required including intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Experience in a sales environment preferred

Supervision/Coordination

Supervises team members; coordinates work activities within team, and project teams.

Travel Requirements

Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
