Whats in it for You
  • Competitive Pay: $50,000 per year with on-target earnings of $70,000
  • Work Site Location: Addison, TX (hybrid)
  • Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative
  • Drive outbound outreach through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest and connect with decision-makers.
  • Uncover and qualify leads by asking the right questions and identifying real sales opportunities.
  • Team up with Sales and Marketing to move prospects through the funnel and convert interest into action.
  • Keep it all organized in Salesforce to optimize sales worklflows, ensuring every interaction is logged and every lead is tracked.
  • Schedule meetings that stickyoull set appointments and make sure high-quality leads show up ready to talk to maintain a high attendance rate for SQLs.
  • Get hands-on with emerging markets by supporting specialized vertical initiatives and new pilot programs that shape our future sales strategies.
  • Pitch in across the board, supporting team goals and special projects that keep our momentum strong.
Your Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident in making high-volume outbound calls and knows how to break the ice.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus
  • Background in sales is preferredwhether its B2B, inside sales, retail, or door-to-door
