Confidential Territory Manager Environmental Services | Hopkinton, MA

Base Salary : $60,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commissions

Territory : Greater Hopkinton and Surrounding Area

A well-established environmental services company in the Hopkinton area is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-volume, face-to-face B2B sales role with strong emphasis on customer retention, service excellence, and new business development.

We are not looking for telemarketerswe're looking for professionals who thrive on building real relationships, solving customer problems, and growing a book of business with integrity and consistency.

About the Role

You will be responsible for selling commercial waste management and recycling services, maintaining and growing an existing customer base, and aggressively prospecting for new clients within your assigned territory. Youll collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
  • Sell tailored solutions for waste removal, recycling, and disposal services
  • Prospect daily to identify new opportunities and schedule face-to-face meetings
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and weekly sales activity reports
  • Participate in industry networking events, business associations, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address service requests and resolve client issues
  • Track contract expirations and manage pipeline using CRM and sales reporting tools

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
  • Experience in the environmental, waste, or recycling industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong follow-through
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Proficiency with sales tools and Microsoft Office
