What Youll Do :
Lead the Charge : Motivate and manage a dynamic team of Comfort Advisors, driving them to exceed sales goals consistently
Revenue Growth : Direct efforts to increase residential and light commercial HVAC sales, expanding market share
Provide Expertise : Offer your technical knowledge on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC products, and system design to support your team's success
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work alongside various departments to troubleshoot challenges and maintain momentum towards sales goals
Develop Talent : Take the lead in recruiting, training, and guiding a team of top-tier sales advisors
Ongoing Coaching : Lead weekly sales meetings, coaching on strategies, competitive positioning, and improving sales techniques
Track and Report : Provide detailed, accurate performance reports to senior management on a regular basis
What Youll Bring :
5+ years of experience managing in-home sales teams (HVAC experience is a major plus)
In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, system design, installations, and services
Background as an HVAC technician or system designer is a strong bonus
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting measurable sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (additional tech skills are a bonus)
Strong math and analytical skills, including basic geometry and calculations
A leadership mentality with an unwavering commitment to building a winning, high-performance team
