My Auto Store is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative/Auto Industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales, generating revenue, and establishing relationships with both new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that will require you to meet individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. This role is worked 100% at our Camden, NJ US Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Generate revenue by promoting new and existing auto parts to customers.
Cold Calling: Proactively initiate sales calls and convert leads into completed sales transactions.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, offering technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
Order Management: Manage orders from point of sale to fulfillment, ensuring timely completion and smooth operations.
Inventory & Quotes: Provide accurate inventory quotes, suggest alternatives when parts are out of stock, and close deals efficiently.
Sales Reporting: Run and manage daily and monthly sales reports, ensuring accurate data tracking.
Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and quotas.
Return & Warranty Processing: Process return orders and warranty claims according to company guidelines.
In-Office Role: Work 100% from the office, engaging with customers and managing your sales pipeline on-site.
Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet quotas.
Cold Calling Comfort: Comfortable with cold calling and initiating sales conversations.
Auto Parts Knowledge: Knowledge of auto parts and salvage yards is a plus.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage a fast-paced workload.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience using inventory management systems is preferred.
Base salary $40k/yr + robust commission structure
