Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration projects throughout the Madison area.

Compensation & Benefits

• $500 weekly guaranteed pay to help support you as commissions grow

• Uncapped commission structure

• First-year earning potential of $80,000+

• Top performers regularly earn $120,000-$150,000+ annually

What You'll Do

• Generate leads and schedule inspections with homeowners

• Conduct roof and exterior inspections

• Meet with homeowners to identify needs and provide solutions

• Present proposals for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and restoration services

• Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

• Follow Storm Guard's proven sales process

• Maintain accurate records using company software and CRM systems

• Attend team meetings, ride-alongs, and ongoing training

• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs

• Available to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed
