Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representatives sell and service current and new customer accounts, by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our amazing portfolio of Bernick's products which include, Pepsi, MolsonCoors, New England Coffee and more. It is their responsibility to answer inquiries from internal and external customers, as well as, provide creative and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and follow up on potential prospects to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective on- and off-premise accounts to grow sales volume and brand presence
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote beverage products, share new item launches, and process customer orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, pricing, and order details in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering product questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Hours of this position: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
- No weekends or holidays required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecommunication preferred
- Possess strong phone, computer, and basic technology skills
- Effective time management skills and can adapt quickly to change
- Ability to multitask, trouble shoot, and remain organized in a fast paced environment
- 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- 2 year Associates Degree in a related field of study preferred
- Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
