Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and working with innovative precision technology used across industries such as food science, agriculture, and related markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers across North America to build relationships, identify needs, and support sales growth.
- Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on inquiries, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and communicate product value clearly to customers and prospects.
- Assist with troubleshooting customer questions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, including a few all-expensed trips throughout the year.
- Maintain organized customer records, manage follow-up activity, and contribute to sales goals in a non-commissioned salary role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Full-time position.
- This is a salary position without a commission plan.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.
- A few all-expensed trips to trade shows throughout the year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Build and manage customer relationships across North America.
- Prepare quotes, support sales inquiries, and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot customer questions and communicate solutions clearly.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events.
- 1 to 2 years of sales, inside sales, account executive, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing quotes, follow-ups, customer requests, and sales activity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with technical products or solution-based sales.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn product details and explain value to customers.
- Goal-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to team success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for all-expensed trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Experience or education related to scientific fields, food science, agriculture, precision technology, or similar technical industries.
- Prior experience supporting product demonstrations, trade shows, or technical customer presentations.
