Position Summary

Responsible for performingdaily operational and servicing functions within the Loan Sales Supportdepartment. This role supports the processing, maintenance, and servicing ofvarious products or accounts while ensuring accuracy, compliance with internalprocedures, and adherence to applicable policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)

Demonstrateworking knowledge of Bank loan products and procedures.

Perform loansystem maintenance in accordance with department processes and procedures,including scanning, as directed.

Assist withonboarding, verification, and ongoing maintenance of accounts or records withincore systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for each transaction.

Introductorylevel of tracking and clearing of loan level exceptions to include financial tobank policy and regulatory requirements.

Introductorylevel in execution of lien perfection and release bymaintaining accurate records to ensure lien are released within requiredtimeframes and compliance with regulations, breaking down the paid off loanfile, and mailing appropriate letters and lien release documentation tocustomers.

Supportintroductory-level of account closures or payoffs by maintaining accuraterecords, ensuring timely completion, preparing documentation, and distributingrequired correspondence.

Introductorylevel knowledge of loan transactions, general ledger accounting.

Accurately andefficiently process a variety of transactions, payments, and related postingsaccording to established procedures.

Monitor consumer creditreporting, including inquiry, research and disputes.

Respondprofessionally and knowledgably to internal and external inquiries related toassigned responsibilities.

Primary dutiesmay differentiate based upon the level of experience within the role.

May be requestedto assist in the support of other bank activities.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent and 2-3 years ofexperience in loan operations or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, andanalytical skills. Ability to interpreta variety of information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Proficiency in using computers and office products(e.g., Word, Excel).

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and d emonstrate willingness and desire to interact in ateam environment.
