All Star Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their asphalt and concrete projects, we'd love to hear from you!

- Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.

Meet with prospective clients to discuss project needs and provide solutions.

Prepare and present estimates and proposals.

Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Meet or exceed sales goals.

- Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred (construction industry experience is a plus).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
