Boss Frogs Dive and Surf is seeking a highly-motivated person for a sales agent position for our shops booking island activities, selling retail, and renting everything you can think of for the beach.
Our shops are open 7:45am to 5:00pm daily. Seeking Kapaa position. Agents may be asked to full in at our Koloa/Poipu locations from time to time.
The sales agent position pays $20/hour plus commissions and bonuses, total approximately $26 to $30 per hour.
Health care and PTO/Vacation for 3 or more days. 401k plan. Free activities for you plus a guest when available. Other perks.
Essential Job elements:
Selling/booking tourist activities
Renting beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.)
Knowledge of Kauai island preferred
Computer proficiency/ability to learn
6 months residency on the Kauai preferred.

Boss Frogs Dive and Surf is an established company that has been operating on Maui and outer islands for over 30 years. The positions are true salesperson positions.
