Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads
*Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
*Schedule sales appointments
*Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
*Provide outstanding customer service
*Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities

*Qualifications:
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Positive attitude and professional demeanor
*Comfortable using computers and CRM software
*Previous automotive, sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
*Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
*Bilingual is a Plus
