Experienced HVAC & Insulation Sales Professional Needed

We're looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who knows HVAC and insulation systems inside and out, and who understands that the best sale starts with a genuine conversation.
What you'll do
- Visit homeowners with 23 pre-set, qualified leads daily no cold knocking required
- Inspect attics and crawlspaces to assess insulation, ventilation, and air quality need

- Present tailored solutions and guide families through confident, informed decisions
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility results matter more than hours

You're a great fit if you...
- Have 3+ years selling HVAC & Insulation systems or related home services directly to homeowners
- Can read a home's systems and clearly explain what's needed and why it matters to the family living there
- Are comfortable physically entering attics and crawlspaces to do a thorough inspection
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation
- Are honest, personable, and take pride in helping families not just closing deals

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Home improvement estimator to join our team. In this role, You will get 2-3 confirmed HOT leads a day, will meet with the homeowner/business, prepare an estimate, and ideally make a sale.
Duties
Drive to meet with potential clients, build a relationship and prepare a proposal
Follow up with clients and offer attractive deals in order to win the contract.
Qualifications
A valid driver's license and reliable car.
Superior customer service and communication skills.
Ability to close
Experience in HVAC/roofing companies is a strong plus
