Under the direction of the Supervisor, Call Center, the Call Center Rep supports the Call Center Team and internal departments by scheduling appointments and fielding patient questions. This position is responsible for customer inquiries through a centralized call center, data entry in computer system, utilizing resources to remain current and working as a team.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-year medical office or health care experience.
- Epic experience.
- Medical terminology experience.
