Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: C$65 -C$ 70/Hr. Introduction
This role serves as a strategic advisor and solution partner within the bank’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for advancing and supporting the recruitment technology roadmap while ensuring continuity of key initiatives. The position involves acting as support during a current team member’s maternity leave and requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Postsecondary education
- In-depth previous testing experience
- Knowledge of software development practices, concepts/methodologies (i.e. waterfall, Agile, iterative), and technologies
- Understanding of industry standards and standard business capabilities
- Possesses a deep understanding and problem-solving ability of information technology of various complexities
- Workday Pro Certification
- Relevant postsecondary education
- Previous FI experience, especially at BMO
- Lead regression testing and validation of Workday TA processes across cross-functional system changes
- Support delivery of governance and regulatory-driven updates ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Support requirements validation and refinement for Workday Change Requests
- Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business
- Facilitate discussions and manage business requirements with stakeholders
- Provide analytical support and insights to support product, channel, and business development initiatives
- Build exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Align business needs to vision/goals for detailed design specifications and code translation
- Communicate and engage across stakeholder groups during construction and delivery of solutions
- Stay abreast of industry technical and business trends through benchmarking and/or participation in professional associations
- Hybrid work environment with 1x per week in-office requirement, open to remote
