100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)

Responsibilities:
No getting on roofs!
Carry your own liability insurance
Canvass residential neighborhoods
Generate leads and appointments
Company provided leads
Educate homeowners on our services
Present solutions and close sales
Follow up with prospects
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred but not required
Door-to-door, roofing, solar, pest control, alarm, insurance, or home improvement sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
