Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious sales associate to perform comprehensive support services for sales, facilitating the daily operations of the sales office and ensuring all new residents love the way they live.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the timely and efficient completion and maintenance of the company’s CRM (lead database) for all potential residents and referral contacts activity.
  • Provide support and backup to the Senior Living Advisor through ongoing contact with prospects via telephone, personal visits, and tours.
  • Ensure the new inquiry queue is managed daily.
  • Work closely with the Senior Living Advisor in the development and execution of the community’s sales and marketing plan.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning lead-generating events.
  • Works with Senior Living Advisor to answer inquiries, schedule tours, and outreach appointments, and assist with tours if/when needed.
  • Manage all information pertaining to the resident move-in process and paperwork, coordinating and obtaining all necessary documentation and preparation for their move-in.
  • Communicate with community directors to ensure rooms are ready and all documentation is complete prior to move-in.
  • Participate in regular sales and marketing calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion and when necessary, to support occupancy goals.
  • Experience with state and federal guidelines for assisted living and dementia.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Law.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in senior living preferred.
