Position Summary
The Account Staffing Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, recruiting and staffing qualified talent, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, balancing sales, recruiting, and account management to meet workforce needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits
Understand client workforce needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and manage service-level expectations
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional staffing services
Recruiting & Staffing
Source, interview, and place qualified candidates to meet client requirements
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: screening, hiring, onboarding, and placement
Maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future client needs
Ensure compliance with all hiring, safety, and employment regulations
