Our client, the industry leader in transportation infrastructure, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $113,000.00 - $140,000.00
Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share across all product lines.
  • Manage key client relationships and lead high-level sales negotiations.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop market segmentation strategies and branding initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
