Job SummaryHandles complex inside sales functions with limited supervision by applying specialized knowledge of electrical products, customer accounts, and internal systems. Supports both revenue generation and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and sales support activities. Identifies patterns and key issues from partial data, takes a broad perspective to problem-solving, and frequently serves as an informal resource for less experienced team members. Builds lasting customer relationships while contributing to sales process improvements. Champions digital adoption to streamline interactions, enhance responsiveness, and elevate the overall customer experience.
