Inside Sales Account Executive
Location: Denver, Colorado (Westminster, CO)

Type: Direct Hire
Industry: IT equipment, surveillance cameras & commercial monitoring systems, cabling, and related storage devices
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (base) + uncapped commission structure ($15K+ commission is expected in first year)
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some company sponsored travel. Vibrant and energetic company culture! Summary:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Inside Sales professional ready to take full ownership of a high-performing territory and drive measurable results. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth across cutting-edge technology solutions, including access control, audio/visual hardware, network storage, fire/life safety, power supplies, and video surveillance.   • Owns active accounts, builds lasting client relationships, and identifies future sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring accurate information for effective sales planning.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to track client goals, measure progress, and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare pricing and quotes as needed and accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively follow up on new opportunities to drive growth.
  • Organize client meetings and virtual demonstrations to educate customers on technology solutions.
  • Identify key target accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales for represented vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to increase sales to members and partners.
  • Participate in department and sales meetings to stay informed on initiatives and goals.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree preferred. Some college needed.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience; wholesale distribution experience a plus.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone proficiency and cold calling.
  • Customer-focused with excellent objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive to meet and exceed goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, NetSuite CRM, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
