Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist Channel Support to join our Consumer Electronics and Mobile technology division. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our corporate sales strategies and our major retail and carrier channel partners.

You will be responsible for driving brand preference, optimizing product visibility, and delivering comprehensive sales support across dedicated channel accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams and channel partners, ensuring they have the latest product knowledge, marketing collateral, and promotional updates.

  • Sales Driving & Analytics: Monitor weekly sales performance metrics, identify market trends, and collaborate with account managers to implement targeted sales initiatives that boost sell-through.

  • Training & Product Advocacy: Conduct engaging product training sessions and workshops (both virtual and in-person) for channel reps to ensure high-level competency in our product ecosystem.

  • Inventory & Operations Support: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal product inventory levels across assigned retail and carrier locations.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report back actionable insights regarding competitor activity, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to internal marketing and product teams.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel sales, field sales support, or account management, preferably within the consumer electronics, telecom, or mobile device industries.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with external partners.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, manage spreadsheets, and turn metrics into actionable sales strategies.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology landscape and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
