We are seeking motivated, experienced, and results-driven In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners and conduct professional home improvement consultations generated through our BJs Wholesale Club lead program.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowner leads.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate home improvement solutions.
Present products, pricing, financing options, and project benefits.
Build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Accurately complete sales paperwork and documentation.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
Products & Services
Experience selling one or more of the following is preferred:
Windows
Doors
Siding
Roofing
Decking
Bathroom Remodeling
Other Residential Home Improvement Products
Qualifications
Previous home improvement sales experience required.
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
