The Global Financial Services Operations Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The right candidate will seek to improve sales productivity through complete, reliable and relevant data analyses. Sales Operations specializes in finding solutions, working cross-functionally with different stakeholders across the AWS organization.

Key job responsibilities
This position will be responsible for supporting the Global Financial Services sales organization through regular operational cadences, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will take ownership of Salesforce opportunity management, account manager support and provide reporting and analysis for the monthly revenue publish and forecast cadences, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

A day in the life
-Deep dive analysis of individual charge items in our accounts' revenue forecast

-Management of Salesforce pipeline, tracking revenue-generating opportunities for Financial Service accounts

-Draw business insights from dashboard reporting and communicate trends to account teams

-Partner with the Finance team to ensure forecast accuracy

-Communicate with sales teams to understand account performance

-Provide analysis of AWS services by account

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
