- Coach and mentor our Home Inspectors on conducting thorough home inspections, building rapport with homeowners, and helping them hit sales targets.

Responsibilities
A Day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager
- The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will provide strategic sales leadership while fostering a cohesive, high-performing, customer-focused culture across the region. This role requires exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to foster collaboration, drive accountability, and ensure alignment in achieving organizational goals. The RSM will recruit, train, develop, and mentor Home Inspectors to achieve sales objectives and exceed monthly performance expectations while partnering with branch leadership to drive revenue growth, enhance sales performance, and support long-term success through effective leadership and employee development.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in a residential services or a pest control environment
- 2+ years of Sales Management in the pest control industry
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- A proven customer-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers
- A valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of residential pest behavior, identification, and treatment methods strongly preferred
- High school or equivalent
