Summary:

ICON Shelter Systems has an exciting new opportunity for the position of Inside Sales Support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Communicate with outside sales reps
  2. Interpret quote requests
  3. Understand technical specifications and drawings
  4. Determine required steps for fulfilling RFQ and scheduling
  5. Track status of projects
  6. Provide status feedback to sales reps quickly
  7. Learn and understand Icon’s products
  8. Learn to become backup for the Inside Sales team’s Order Administrator
  9. Working Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor/Solid Works (helpful, but not required)
  10. Perform other related duties as required

  • Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, minimally required

Travel

  • This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

Other Skills

  • Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment.
  • Must have a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
