Your day-to-day will include: Cost Engineering: Calculate and analyze costs for HVAC equipment replacements based on specifications and system requirements Smart Equipment Selection: Identify the right equipment-size, configuration, voltage, and options-to match project needs Proposal Creation: Develop clear, competitive, and compelling preliminary and final proposals Opportunity Spotting: Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag potential financial risks before they arise Sales Support: Partner with sales teams by delivering technical insights and submittals that strengthen client solutions Vendor Collaboration: Source, validate, and compare vendor quotes to ensure accuracy and value Project Tracking: Maintain organized documentation and job files for every estimate Inventory Awareness: Track and manage job-related inventory requirements What You Bring Associate degree or 1-3 years of experience in estimating, engineering, or construction management Hands-on understanding of HVAC systems and temperature control technologies Equivalent experience combinations are welcome-we value practical expertise!
