This is not a typical retail jobwe need someone who can help customers find pieces they love, educate them on brands, eras, and value, and help grow our vintage business. What You'll Do: * Buy, sell, and trade vintage clothing * Assist customers with sizing, styling, and recommendations * Learn and identify vintage brands, tags, eras, and trends * Price and tag incoming inventory * Help merchandise and maintain the sales floor * Create a fun, welcoming shopping experience * Assist with social media content when needed Requirements: * Strong knowledge of vintage clothing OR willingness to learn very quickly * Friendly, outgoing personality * Sales experience preferred * Ability to work independently * Reliable and punctual * Passion for fashion, streetwear, and vintage culture Compensation: * Competitive hourly pay * Commission on sales * Employee discounts * Opportunity to grow with a brand-new business If you're the type of person who can spot a single-stitch tee from across the room, knows the difference between a 90s tag and a modern reprint, or is excited to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
