About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll oversee client accounts, drive sales initiatives, and mentor team members toward success. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients. Ensuring goals are met, results are tracked, and relationships stay strong.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused and performance-driven environment and is motivated by leadership, growth, and impact.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow assigned client accounts

Lead sales initiatives inside major retail locations

Coach, support, and develop team members

Serve as the primary contact for client partners

Track performance metrics and report results

Identify opportunities for account upgrades and customer value

Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience

Support market expansion initiatives across the St. Louis area

Customer Acquisition: Turn interest into loyal customers through authentic, in-person conversations

Brand Representation: Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of a top telecom brand

Account Upgrades: Match customers with plans and products that fit their lives

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in sales, customer service, account management, or leadership

Enjoys working face-to-face with people

Is goal-oriented and performance-driven

Communicates clearly and confidently

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Has leadership experience or is ready to step into it

(Retail, telecom, or territory sales experience is a plus!)
