Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their needs, and providing solutions for exterior remodeling projects. If you are confident, personable, and hungry to earn, this is a great opportunity with uncapped income potential.

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified leads at customers' homesInspect properties and identify project needs (siding, windows, roofing, etc.)Present product options and educate homeowners on solutionsPrepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposalsClose sales and meet or exceed monthly targetsMaintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales processWork closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoff

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work evenings and some weekendsValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable climbing ladders and inspecting exteriors (when needed)
