About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key communicator with an established book of clients, driving both solutions and guiding clients to an informed and educational experience. You'll partner with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure our clients realize the full business and security value of CMIT and its services. This role is a blend of technical knowledge and customer success strategy, which is ideal for someone who loves shaping solutions, building trust, and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to design and present tailored solutions, addressing each customer's technical and business needs.Translate technical knowledge to clients in a way that is easy to understand and collaborate with clients through the adoption of our services processes.Lead onboarding and technical enablement for new customers.Function as a trusted advisor and escalation point, guiding best practices.Identify opportunities to strengthen client's technical environment.Conduct Business Reviews with technical and executive audiences, highlighting ROI, risk reduction, and next-phase initiatives.Advocate for client needs with our team, shaping roadmap priorities based on client insight and vision.Contribute solution processes, and best-practice guides used across the client environment.

Requirements

Strong familiarity with technical platformsExcellent communicator: able to present to both technical teams and executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Demonstrated success in building and scaling customer relationships: from onboarding through renewal and expansion.Experience in customer-facing technical roleA self-starter mindset that thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Desired Experience
