American Fidelity Assurance is hiring a Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to market insurance, annuity/financial products and section 125 administration to the educational community in a Kansas City, MO Territory.

Our Educational Sales Representatives:

Work within existing school accounts (no cold calling)Meet with Teachers and other school employees to enroll them in benefitsProducts include insurance, annuity/financial products and section 125 administrationWork with a team to manage a territory in you metro area and may help with other enrollments around the stateFocus on building relationshipsReceive extensive trainingHave access to a sales support team

Benefits include:

$46,000 annual base salary with monthly commission1st year expected income: $85,000-$120,000Dynamic first year incentivesCompany laptop, company car, and paid business expensesCompany paid retirement plus 401(k) planHealth insurance benefitsWorksite market with assigned sales territoryEstablished client baseExcellent field training programs
