Pay: $17.00/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30AM–4:00PM | Weekends Off

What You’ll Do:

	
• Assist retail customers and contractors with product selection and project planning
  
  	
• Prepare detailed job cost estimates and material lists for building projects
  
  	
• Enter and accurately process work orders in the computer system
  
  	
• Handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable materials, and offer project expertise
  
  	
• Receive and resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide outstanding support
  
  	
• Process orders, handle payments, and prepare credit/debit memos
  
  	
• Collaborate with the Service Center Manager and be a key team member day to day
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

	
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  	
• Basic construction knowledge and a knack for helping others
  
  	
• Comfortable with computers (order entry, basic troubleshooting, email)
  
  	
• One year of general office experience preferred
  
  	
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
  
  	
• Problem-solver who enjoys working with people and handling multiple tasks
  
  	
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn
