Sales Representative - Commercial Services
I am working with a well-established, locally owned service provider to hire a Sales Representative focused on new business development across the Milwaukee metro area. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting clients, and closing business.
What You'll Be Doing
Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Prospect commercial buildings, medical facilities, schools, and construction projects
Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, owners, and general contractors
Conduct onsite walkthroughs and recommend service solutions
Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
Follow up consistently to close new business
Maintain existing accounts and identify additional service opportunities
What They're Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Experience in facility services, janitorial, construction, or service-based sales is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can manage time and territory independently
Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Compensation & Perks
Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Uncapped commission + monthly/quarterly bonuses
Earnings potential: $80,000 - $120,000+
Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick time
Mileage reimbursement
Company phone and laptop
Health insurance is not currently offered; benefit plans are expected to be introduced next year
