We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a collaborative and high-performing team focused on expanding market share across Accounting, Finance, Administrative, and Human Resources verticals in the Columbus area. This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong team-oriented culture and the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and regional organizations

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and strategic outreach

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth and close new business

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and hiring needs within the Columbus market

  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and accurately track sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within staffing or recruiting

  • Experience supporting Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or Human Resources verticals is highly preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with the Columbus business community and local market trends is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
