Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and regional organizations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and strategic outreach
Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth and close new business
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and hiring needs within the Columbus market
Maintain consistent pipeline activity and accurately track sales performance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within staffing or recruiting
Experience supporting Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or Human Resources verticals is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Columbus business community and local market trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
