Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience
- "Hunter" self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing new business
- Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Preferred
- Industrial machinery sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
- General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow and controls and thermodynamics
- Basic understanding of business accounting principles
- Ability to multi-task

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, development and closing
- Consultative technical sales and customer relations
- Proposal writing
- Closing the sale
- Consistent follow-up and organizational skills
- Follow all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
- All other duties as assigned.
