BettingJobs is working with a very successful B2B casino games studio who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B partners, including operators, platforms, and aggregators
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
- Coordinate game launches, promotions, and ongoing account activity
- Monitor game performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Support commercial discussions, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate account records, reporting, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on long-term partner value
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
