BettingJobs is working with a very successful B2B casino games studio who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B partners, including operators, platforms, and aggregators
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
  • Coordinate game launches, promotions, and ongoing account activity
  • Monitor game performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Support commercial discussions, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate account records, reporting, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on long-term partner value
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
