Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite position
Compensation: $50,000 + $75,000 OTE
Type of job: Permanent

company: becoming a broad solution provider and expanding nationally.
WHY NOW
Our founding AEs are winning key logos across high-value verticals, pipeline is building fast,
and revenue is following the trend. In order to maintain our growth trajectory, we need a
consistent funnel of new pipeline and sales talent. The two SDRs we hire today will be the
foundation of the sales team we scale tomorrow.
THE ROLE
You'll work directly alongside our Indirect and Direct AEs to build pipeline, set qualified
meetings, and get us in front of the right executives at the right companies. You'll collaborate
closely with our CRO and RevOps team on strategy, messaging, and proven techniques to be
successful in this role and beyond. Outbound is the engine - and you'll be the driver.
What your day looks like:
75-100 outbound touches daily - calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more
Prospect and research target accounts using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Identify and engage decision-makers and executives in our key verticals
Collaborate with AEs to develop territory and account strategies
Represent Compare Power at local conferences and industry events
Track activity, manage pipeline, and stay sharp in HubSpot (or learn it fast)
