The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Senior Sales Ambassador to join our Diagnostics team managing PA, MA, RI, CT, NJ, and North East part of NY territory. As a Senior Sales Ambassador, you will accelere growth and expand market share across key accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in clinical diagnostics and a deep understanding of laborory and hospital environments. The Senior Ambassador will play a critical role in driving revenue by leveraging their technical expertise to influence purchasing decisions and deliver tailored diagnostic solutions. This role operes as the primary account management contact, aiming to improve economic profitability, increase customer loyalty, and retain business through contract renewal and closing new solutions.

Wh Youll Work On:

Customer Relionship & Retention: Serve as a trusted advisor to established customers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets. Enhance customer sisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews. Collabore with Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and mitige competitive thres.

Account Management & Growth: Develop and execute stregic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability. Identify and implement operional and service improvements to drive customer success. Influence purchasing decisions and optimize reagent utilizion.

Technical & Operional Support: Perform assay integrions and address laborory technical needs. Support new account implementions, including ordering, installion, and validion. Coordine order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operional efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaborion: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer experiences. Escale and resolve customer challenges in collaborion with the service organizion. Contribute to quality effectiveness through accure documention of complaints and resolutions.

Educion Skills, Experience:

Required Qualificions:

  • Associes Degree
  • 7 years reled experience

Preferred Qualificions:

Bachelors degree +3 years, associes degree + 5, HS/GED + 7 years of relevant experience.

Professional experience in sales or laborory operions.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Bachelors degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or Medical Technology and/or healthcare-reled Field.

Experience with a proven track record in sales, field service, or within a technical call center.

Deep understanding of laborory instrumention, workflows, and regulory requirements.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 $198,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
