Walk users step-by-step through setting up their custom databases: adding users, programming access cards, defining time schedules, and establishing holiday rules.
Provide patient, clear, Tier 1 remote troubleshooting for software or connectivity questions.

Sales Team & Installation Coordination (The Flow Side)
Own the division's installation calendarcollaborating with sales reps, field technicians, and clients to schedule access control installs based on project scopes and site readiness.
Keep the momentum moving by following up on outstanding sales estimates and ensuring clients have the information they need.
Maintain clean, flawless data entry within our tracking and scheduling systems so the entire division stays aligned.

Parts Procurement & Quotations (The Detail Side)
Assist the sales team by generating highly accurate, itemized parts quotes for upcoming projects.
Take full ownership of ordering specialized security hardware (controllers, readers, locking hardware) directly from distributors and manufacturers.
Track lead times, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and resolve vendor discrepancies proactively to ensure zero project delays.

What We Offer:
A structured, highly collaborative team culture where your accuracy and relationship skills are celebrated daily.
Competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.
Deep, hands-on training with cutting-edge electronic security and cloud-based access control technologies.
