Moon Valley Organics is hiring a driven Retail Sales Specialist for our Pike Place Market shop.
This is a high-energy sales role for someone who loves people, beautiful products, clear goals, and the rush of a strong sales day.
Pike Place Market is alive all day. Tourists are moving through. Locals are walking by. In July and August, Pike Place averages around 70,000 visitors per day. Traffic is built in. Strong sellers can turn that energy into real earnings.
We want someone who enjoys selling, starts conversations easily, likes goals and incentives, and takes pride in helping customers say yes.
Moon Valley Organics makes organic herbal skin and body care rooted in pure ingredients, clean formulas, and beautifully elevated packaging. Our products smell good, feel good, look beautiful on the shelf, and are easy for customers to fall in love with. You are selling something people can feel, smell, gift, and believe in.
Compensation includes Base/hr + strong tip potential, average tips around $75/shift, plus commission and daily sales bonuses. Top sellers earn more by beating sales and average order value goals, vacation pay, sick leave, free product allowance, and employee discount.
Top sellers earn more by helping the shop beat last years same day sales and hit daily average order value goals.

Shifts are generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Part time to full time may be available for the right person.
