What Youll Do:
Proactively develop and grow business banking relationships
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Expand and strengthen existing member relationships
Attend community events and networking functions to build your pipeline
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
Track activity and manage leads using CRM tools
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and service
What Were Looking For:
35 years of experience in business banking, sales, or business development
Strong background in outbound prospecting and relationship building
Proven success in consultative sales and closing deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
Knowledge of business deposit products or financial services preferred
