Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Rep for a direct hire opportunity in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in a business development and account management environment.

The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Rep will focus on identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting existing accounts, and representing the business in the marketplace. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to join a stable, growth-focused organization with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on sales performance.

The ideal candidate is confident with cold calling, lead generation, presentations, negotiation, and account development. Candidates with wholesale sales experience, e-commerce exposure, or knowledge of auto parts sales will be especially well aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product and service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while supporting company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to provide a seamless client experience.
- Track sales activity, meet or exceed quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage existing customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Deliver client presentations, negotiate agreements, and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams to support customer success.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is required.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in wholesale sales is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Ability to travel frequently for business.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to meet sales goals, manage multiple accounts, and work effectively in a fast-paced business development environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry.
- Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
- Experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, or trade shows.
- Prior experience in electronics, components, semiconductor manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or related B2B sales environments.
