Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department
- Set and monitor monthly sales targets for individuals and the team
- Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent
- Collaborate with the finance, BDC, and service departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive growth
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Proven track record of team leadership, sales success, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of CDK Market Scan and DealerSocket a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive, motivating management style that sets high standards
- Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
