We are expanding and looking for a motivated, driven sales professional with leadership potential to join our team. This is not just another sales role. We are looking for someone who can eventually step into a management position and help lead an office to success.
The right candidate must first prove they can master our in-home sales process, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue personally before transitioning into leadership responsibilities.

What Does the Role Look Like?:
Meet with customers in their homes through pre-set consultation appointments
Learn and execute our proven in-home sales process
Build rapport and create customized food packages for families
Generate revenue through relationship-based consultative selling
Learn recruiting, hiring, and team development strategies
Work directly with upper management on leadership training
Eventually assist with hiring, training, motivating, and retaining sales representatives
Help drive office production, revenue growth, and team performance
Who Were Looking For:
We are searching for someone with strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a high level of personal drive. Sales experience is preferred, but management, recruiting, coaching, or leadership experience is a huge plus.
