its field sales force and seeking accomplished sales professionals to represent our brand directly
within residential communities. This is a results-oriented, field-based position designed for motivated
individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. Our uncapped commission structure
ensures that your compensation directly reflects your dedication, skill, and results.

Position Responsibilities

Represent Nexwave Lighting within assigned residential territories, engaging homeowners and
cultivating new business opportunities.
Conduct professional in-home consultations and develop tailored proposals aligned with each
client's needs.
Effectively communicate product value and secure new contracts through a consultative sales
approach.
Facilitate a seamless transition of completed sales to our professional installation team.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation in all client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

A competitive 10% commission on every completed lighting sale with no earnings cap.
Entry-level installations yield commissions of $250$350 per sale.
Standard installations yield commissions of $400$550 per sale.
Premium, large-scale installations yield commissions of $600 or more per sale.
A single standard sale per day represents $400$550 in daily earning potential.
A flexible, self-directed schedule that empowers you to manage your own time.
Comprehensive product training and professionally developed sales and marketing materials.
The Company will calculate compensation based on both minimum wage and earned commissions. Employees will be paid whichever amount is greater.

Candidate Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Comfort and confidence operating within a direct, field-based sales environment.
Access to reliable personal transportation.
Prior sales experience is preferred; comprehensive training will be provided to qualified candidates.
