Sparks Strategic Wealth is a retirement planning firm serving retirees and pre-retirees who want to protect their life savings from market losses, taxes, inflation, and the risk of outliving their money.

We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can help us provide an exceptional experience for prospects who have attended our events, requested information, or expressed interest in learning more about retirement planning.

This is not a cold-calling position.

This is not telemarketing.

This is not a high-pressure sales role.

Most of the people you'll speak with have already raised their hand and shown interest in what we do.

Your job is to build relationships, follow up consistently, keep our calendar organized, and help guide people to the next step in our process.

My name is Jeremy Sparks, and I'm the founder of Sparks Strategic Wealth.

Since 2019, I've focused almost exclusively on retirement income planning and helping retirees navigate the transition from wealth accumulation to retirement income.

I'm also the creator of the Tactical Decumulation process, producer of The Retirement Deception, and a featured expert in Retirement Everest.

Responsibilities

Call event registrants and confirm attendance

Send reminder texts and emails

Follow up with event attendees

Re-engage prospects who requested information but never booked an appointment

Schedule introductory calls and discovery visits

Confirm upcoming appointments

Follow up with no-shows

Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Help keep our advisor calendar organized and productive

Assist with periodic reactivation campaigns targeting warm prospects

What We're Looking For

Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone

Strong communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Professional and personable

Reliable and consistent

Comfortable learning and following a proven process

Experience in appointment setting, client relations, customer service, account management, administrative support, or inside sales is preferred

GoHighLevel experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

Approximately 30 hours per week

Monday-Friday

Remote position

Central Time Zone

Consistent daytime availability required

Compensation

$18-$22/hour depending on experience

$10 bonus for every kept Introductory Call

$25 bonus for every kept Discovery Visit

Additional campaign bonuses throughout the year

This is a part-time position and does not include benefits.

Strong performers may have opportunities to increase compensation, take on additional responsibilities, become more involved in client onboarding, and potentially move into licensed financial services roles in the future.
