Experienced Boutique Sales Associate Needed Strong Sales Personality

We are looking for a confident, reliable, and sales-oriented Boutique Sales Associate to join our womens clothing boutique featuring locally inspired fashion and designer pieces.

This position is for someone who naturally connects with people, understands customer service, and knows how to turn conversations into sales without sounding pushy.

If you prefer sitting behind the counter waiting for customers, this is not the right fit.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and engage customers immediately
* Help style customers and recommend products confidently
* Create a welcoming, high-end boutique experience
* Operate POS system and process sales
* Restock, organize, steam, and maintain displays
* Support daily boutique operations

Preferred Experience:

* Boutique, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
* Experience with clothing, styling, or fashion retail is a plus
* Social media or content experience is a bonus

Compensation:
Hourly 20-25$ + bonus opportunities based on performance.
