SmileAMile Painting is growing fast, and were looking for a motivated and customerfocused Sales Estimator to join our team.

What the day to day looks like
- Meet with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional project estimates
- Learn product knowledge and application processes
- Prospect new leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up communication
- Coordinate subcontractors and handle minor repairs when needed

What We Are Looking For
- Proven outside sales experience
- A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Strong multitasking and project management ability
- Comfortable with phone and facetoface communication
- Productionminded and driven to close deals
- A true closer who enjoys the thrill of winning business
- Construction or estimating experience
- Project management background
- Strong communication and attention to detail

Schedule
Monday-Friday
8am to 5:30 pm (varies on business needs)

Compensation
Commission-based role with earning potential up to $100,000/year for top performers.
