We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to help grow our business by reaching out to existing customers and developing new sales opportunities.
Our company designs and manufactures innovative LED lighting products, including Professional LED Grow Lights for commercial horticulture and indoor cultivation. VioShield antimicrobial LED storage solutions for food, agriculture, and specialty storage applications
Responsibilities:
Contact existing and past customers by phone and email
Follow up on leads from our customer database
Cold call prospective customers and businesses
Introduce and promote our LED grow light products and VioShield antimicrobial storage products
Generate sales opportunities and schedule meetings when appropriate
Maintain customer records and notes in our database
Assist with customer inquiries and product information requests
Help develop new business relationships and sales channels
Qualifications:
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls
Basic computer and email proficiency
Organized and self-motivated
Previous sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development experience preferred
Interest in agriculture, horticulture, cannabis cultivation, food storage, or technology products is a plus
Compensation:
